Counselling helps to heal pain and aid the process of emotional acceptance, enables you to understand your emotions and behaviours and sometimes adapts the way you think support a process of change that can produce healthier thought patterns, behaviours and emotional well-being helps you to settle in and explore specific problems, making choices, managing crisis, working through difficult feelings and improving relationships with others aim is to develop a healthy level of self-esteem, which helps develop productive coping strategies, and emotional acceptance.
